Breakfast was good not perfect but good enough to start the day
Pillows were hard and too high not comfortable.
Location is too far from the city center lucerne. You need a car to go there

The location is just perfect. There are places one can eat at also in the evening, a small playground for children right outside, free parking in front of the main entrance and basically what’s needed for an “in between stop” during a trip.
No A/C in the rooms - they tell the guests to “open the window” and use a fan.
No minibar in the rooms.
They forgot to put towels in the bathroom and the receptionist asked me to go get them at the reception (got there late in the evening).
Breakfast is very basic and the staff at breakfast not really friendly: a good morning would be welcome.
Price way too high for this facility.
