Excellent location, larger apartment, clothes washer, helpful host!

Exceptional location. Just steps away from the main street, close to restaurants, bakery, grocery store and very short walk to the tourist pier. Host is very gracious and helpful. Unit is very large amd comfortable, with a clothes washer and a peekaboo view of the water so you can watch cruise ships coming and going.

Elevator isn't working so you have to carry bags to the 2nd floor.

Perfect stay in the heart of Ushuaia

Location is perfect. The apartment is well equipped, spacious, super quiet and has great views. Rosana is a great host, she made us feel welcome and was super flexible with check in and check out time.

Ideal apartment in Ushuaia for sure!

The location is perfect, right in the middle of town, allows for walking to the dock, tour booking, stores and restaurants. The views from the room and living room are great. Taxi stop just around the corner. Safe and secure. Very comfortable bed. It has a washer which I absolutely loved after traveling across Argentina for a few weeks. Rosana is very attentive and checked in to make sure I was well, also allowed me to check out late since my flight was late at night.

I needed a few more essentials like trash bag for the bathroom bin, would have liked to have more toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. But I was able to go to La Anónima and buy myself. Left for the next person to use. I think an issue for me were all the stairs. Mostly because of an issue with my knees. So just be ready to go up and down, as the lift does not work.
