Bedrooms feature (as of December 30, 2020) two queens and and a full-over-full bunk bed, providing plenty of comfortable space for you and your brood -- or your crew. Location was great, easy access for my mother in law who has to use a scooter. Only issue was the HOA closed down the pool Oct 1. Communication with owners was timely and very nice.

We were in town for a wedding. The location of this home is very convenient and was comfortable and spacious enough for our family of five adults.

The only thing I didn’t like was having to bring paper towels and toilet paper because they only supplied one roll in each bathroom no other vrbo units I have rented were like that . Other than that all good

Our family group of 5 had such a wonderful time together. The condo is very close to the beach, the pool is right there, and the owners have added so many little extras that it makes a terrific vacation spot. We would definitely love to come back!

Our stay was easy to set up, communication with the property owner was great. Everything was described as it exactly was and even provided with a PDF document outfling property instructions. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Weather was perfect and so was our stay. Wish the water pressure was stronger in master shower and ice maker wasn’t so slow, but everything else about this condo was just as described. Will stay again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at AB. The condo was the perfect size for our family. Great location. Close to many restaurants, grocery store, mini golf and splash pad for the kids. Easy access to the beach. The owners were very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. Hope to stay again at this condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The pool was very nice. It is close to the beach. Plenty of parking. The condo is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed having 2 1/2 bathrooms. Matt was very responsive to all emails.

It is decorated beautifully. The minute we got there we talked about next trip.

Loved the details provided by owners all instructions were spot on and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when the linens were provided!! Super comfy and cute also! We had a great time and the place was perfect!

The condo had everything we needed.The design of condo great for family from comfortable dining room table to outdoor porch furniture. Hope to do it again next year. Matt was very responsive to questions.

These hosts are top notch! Everything was smooth and wonderful. Great location, easy access to the pool and beach, super clean and they had extras like chairs and games!

Exactly the size of rental we needed for 5 adults and one child. Price was reasonable to have 3 separate bedrooms instead of only 2 bedrooms and pullout sofa as we have rented in the past. Clean and nicely decorated. Great location!

Our extended family of 5 had a wonderful week at this Dunescape Villa. We had everything we needed -- all the comforts of home, but with a much better view! :) Matt was easy to get a hold of both before and during our visit; we had a maintenance issue arise, and he responded immediately to my text and help was arranged and on the way. Most appreciated! We highly recommend!

Great condo, everything was provided and ready to go. Communication with the owners was easy and they were very responsive to questions.
Location was perfect if you’re looking for a quiet spot to relax on the beach. We there for a fishing trip and didn’t have much luck on this area of the beach so we hit up the inlet instead. Again if this is a family trip or quiet getaway with friends relaxing on the beach it’s a great location.
Everything inside was clean, orderly and well kept.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. We loved being able to walk to the beach and enjoy the sunset and sunrise. The kids loved being able to take a nice swim in the evening. We will be back!

The renters were very easy to communicate with and very quick to reply. The view was great and the layout of the condo was wonderful. We had a suggestion for the renter and they were very understanding to it and we would absolutely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay and the beach access was wonderful. Central location; easy to access Atlantic Beach amenities or a short trip to Morehead. Master shower has low water pressure and fire alarm goes off easily but otherwise, great place to stay. Thanks!

The condo was clean and well organized. Easy access to the beach. Common areas- hallways/stairwell needs updating. Screened in entrance was nice to have to store all of our beach gear. View of ocean and screened in balcony was nice. Thank you so much!

The owner was so great to work with from the first inquiry through check out. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The two balconies were a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots & pans, and dinnerwear. The microwave, blender and toaster oven were very helpful when cooking for 3 small children. The pool was larger than I expected, it clean and very nice for the children. The unit had several beach chairs for our use. The controlled direct access to the beach was very nice for renters. I would rent this unit again!

We stayed at this condo in July. It was wonderful. Clean, easy to find, great info from the owners. And just a skip to the beach. The kids stayed in the room with the bunk beds and enjoyed their privacy. We will return.

Wonderful
This was our second time staying at this property, and as expected everything was wonderful. The condo is clean, orderly and as pictured. The location is easy to find and convenient to shops, and restaurants. The beach is mostly private, and we had no issues finding a great place to relax and spend the day. Highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a great place to stay in Atlantic Beach.

We enjoyed the location. The pool and beach were both close and easy to access. The communications were great, and the home met our needs. We were disappointed with the cleanliness. Dishes, floors, and bed steps needed a wipe down upon our arrival.
