It was near our daughter’s house in Ruislip. Location excellent. Easy check in. Lovely room, milk in the fridge. Cereal available for breakfast, bowls & cutlery too. Very good, bed comfortable all very good.

Leon was a true Gentleman and even allowed us to check in a little early, its location in proximity to Ilkeston Underground was fantastic being less than a 10 minute walk and an amazing cafe literally just around the corner. Definitely worth considering for those attending events at Wembley.
The toilet was across the small landing from our bedroom, but this certainly wasn't a deal breaker as there is only 3 rooms in total and each had their own designated bathroom so it was unlikely that this would ever be an issue.

The property was immaculately clean great facilities all shops, cats, and restaurants nearby and Leon is a thoroughly decent gentleman but highly recommend

The location was perfect for visiting my friends. The room was comfortable and there was a mini fridge with fresh milk.
More of a choice for breakfast, perhaps fresh fruit. Having the separate toilet outside the room was a bit of an inconvenience. The fan in the bathroom seemed to stay on for an excessive length of time after turning off the light.
