The house was nicely furnished and comfortable. Living room could use a lamp that would be more conducive for reading (track lighting alone not quire adequate). Kitchen was well equipped for the most .... Only two wine glasses and limited water glasses--I suggest get some restaurant grade glasses for water and wine that are durable and easily replaced. Not sure why the dining room and living room windows have lots of water stains..... possible calcium build up--recommend professional cleaning can get them crystal clear again I think.... did so at my house. Outdoor space is lovely--comfortable furniture... but one larger guest sat down quickly and a section of the sectional sofa--slipped off the deck--thankfully he did not topple into the garden below. Perhaps putting a wood rail along the back would prevent furniture from slipping off. Grill was great.... but one of the nobs kept falling off.... Weber should have made a stronger metal insert into the plastic knob so it would not crack off. I know they all cut corners making things now days! I think we had warmer than usual weather but it might be good to list that there is no air conditioning and things cooled down at night. Great place! THANKS!

Amazing house , with everything you need for a stay , the outside bbq area and jacuzzi made our stay after long days of exploring the city , defiantly booking again !!

Wonderful location and beautiful house!We loved using the hot tub and the fire pit and the gas grill. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, gadgets and great appliances , and there are a lot of pretty walks and parks around the neighborhood. Highly recommend!!

We weren't prepared for the disrepair we found. No one had prepped the property for our stay. The kitchen had flooded. Fuel was out on the firepit, which made us not check the hot tub or bbq grill due to dirty environments around them. I had to replace batteries in one of the tv remotes. There was no guest book. Nice place, but there was a lot left undone. Bathrooms had loose fixtures
