Overall good experience with excellent customer service!

I never had a chance to try the breakfast. Was offered from 6 to 9 during my stay. I tend to be a late riser so it would have been nice to offer it longer?

Breakfast should be offered till a bit later in the morning. Not everyone is a business traveler and is up early.

Excellent staff and suite.

Very clean. The front desk person who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful. The room was spotless. The included breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at any hotel. The breakfast employees were great. Can’t say enough nice things about the property.

Nothing but I only stayed the one night so I didn’t use all the facilities.

Room was nice and big. 2 beds and a couch.

TV is weirdly off to the side. There should be full length mirrors in the rooms. The free breakfast had very few items to choose from. I’ve stayed at other locations and the breakfast was way better. Also lots of loud children running through hallways, lobbies and extremely loud pool. We stayed at a pool level suite and it was far from peaceful all the way till 10pm.

Nice place. Good value for the money.

It was conveniently located. The room was large as was the bathroom. The pool was nice and we were able to see the fireworks from in the pool. Our room was quiet which was much needed after our busy days.

Some wallpaper was peeling in the room. The bed was very firm for me. I have arthritis and fibromyalgia and need a soft bed. I’m sure it’s good for most people. The pool was hot. Not refreshing at all but made for good evening swimming. Our sink had hair in it. The refrigerator barely cooled at all.

A great spot in Lakeland!

Breakfast was good, but I'd suggest not adding meat into the scrambled eggs, as some people are vegetarians (hard boiled aren't as good!)

I'd like to see real plates and silverware!

Very comfortable, we had a double suite . very spacious. I love the shower all the body wash , shampoo and conditioner you don’t need to use your own . Hot breakfast was delicious. location is great , had a great dinner at Texas Road house , very close to stores and restaurants. Staff was great !!!

The room was beautiful! Breakfast & staff were amazing!

Some of the Pullman carts for the suitcases are in need of repairs. The pool is not heated.

Would definitely stay again

Staff was friendly, rooms spacious. Very clean

I wish the fridge would have been on for 8 hours and off for 2 hours. Instead it was off 8 hours and on for 2 . With traveling for a dance competition we used the fridge and didn’t like that feature.

great stay I will definitely use this location again

conveniently located but off the beaten path enough to enjoy the city but not feel like you were “in” the city

the breakfast was a little chaotic. With only one person to refill and restock and with everyone rushing to make the meal deadline tempers we’re a little on edge over eggs

We are making reservations to stay again on our return trip.

Breakfast was super. Menu good. Rayven at the front desk went above and beyond. Her professional.manor was great. She helped these very weary travelers feel at home.
