Great location, next to a square with some of the best restaurants in Athens. The staff is very helpful and kind, they helped us with everything and to store our luggage after check out. Room was clean and beds comfy.

This was the 4th time we've stayed Gem Society Hotel. We return because the service is always excellent, the rooms large and comfortable, and the reception and breakfast area (were) warm and welcoming.
The service and rooms were as they always were, but a change has been made to the lobby and breakfast areas. The owner has turned the hotel breakfast and lunchroom into a standalone restaurant, largely separating it from the rest of the hotel. It is a great pity, because that breakfast room and lobby were the epicenter of the "life' of the hotel. I hope they change it back to the way it was.

The location and the shower
The staff were very cold even though every hotel we booked in Greece the staff gave us a beautiful experience. The rooms have zero noise cancellation you can hear literally everything outside of the room, you can’t sleep well because every room that closes their door wakes you up. The room we booked didn’t have a balcony but this doesn’t mean to feel trapped inside a dark cave it was so uncomfortable we couldn’t stay in the room while awake
