Everything was ok in general
Food quality /quantity of room service was not as expected compared to cost which was very high. They need to reconsider prices and improve quality

Clean spacious rooms.
Good breakfast.
Too many annoyances:
Safe was non-functional
Bathroom had cold water issues, shower only had very warm to scalding hot.
Door knob was broken.
TV remote had no charge, had to charge it up with my power bank.
Phone handset was non-functional, at least had a usable speaker.
No in-room dining menu and no QR code for checking menu online.
Food ordered was average given status of the hotel.
Bathroom scale was non-functional.
Too many small annoyances that just add up.
