Clean, nice decor, free wine at arrival.
It’s hard to get around the noise at night from the bars below. I was on the top floor and couldn’t sleep because the entire building was shaking from bass being played below. It’s a shame because the hotel is nice.

It's an interesting contemporary boutique hotel. It's fairly close to the very center of Austin. The valet parking was convenient. The staff was very pleasant.
The party scene at the pool below was extremely loud.

Everyone on staff was wonderful, and went beyond their position to make us feel welcome.
The reality is that your location is next to a loud bar. I appreciate that you provide ear plugs, and I will accept the tradeoff of being close to downtown in exchange for loud noises from the bar and from the garbage trucks. But I expect that I am the minority, and I wish I had known of these before I had booked.
I was happy with my stay. But you should understand why I will never book here again. You did everything right, but the noise beat you.
