I liked that my location was in a safe spot. The staff was super nice. Overall a great place to stay. Also like to send a special shout out to Rebecca the receptionist. Thank you for remembering me from my 1st visit to my 2nd . Very sweet and friendly lady. Great customer service 👏 I will be back.

Didn't like that I couldn't warm up my food in my room. Had to go main floor to use the microwave.

Was a beautiful hotel. Room was clean and staff kind.lots of restaurants to choose from in the area

Had a little problem getting our key card to open door to the room

The pancakes were great but the drippy, sticky, dirty syrup container was gross. Individual syrup packages would be much better. the bed was wonderful and comfortable. the room and bathroom were very clean. The hotel is quiet and we slept very well. the location was great for what we needed

the breakfast was so gross. the bagels and bread were stale and everyone was touching them with their hands and putting it back. The yogurt machine dispenser (why not offer individual yogurts) was gross and there was no granola to put in the yogurt. Who wants brown sugar as a topping for their yogurt? That's weird. the meat was supposed to be sausage, it was gray and mushy, so gross. The eggs were powdered or packaged or something yuck. the juice tasted watered down. we wished that we had time to go somewhere to eat, but we didn't. There were no ice buckets next to the only ice machine in the hotel. I asked for one and the girl at the desk acted like I was bothering her. She came back about 15 minutes later with one bucket. I told her that there weren't any at the ice machine at all and that it would be nice to put some out for others. She just gave me a look - never mind. Not good customer service. Also no water available at breakfast. Someone asked for some water and the front desk employee told her that she could buy some.
