rooms need improvements

Location and staff

bad odor in room smelled like sewer, I reported it. Toilet was great size for 2 year old, very low to floor. Breakfast too limited in hot items

I would avoid staying at this property

the room initially given had lots of bugs. the first room was meant for 5 people while we reserved for 6. but staff tried to help. coffee maker had dust on it. Kylie was the cleaner. but breakfast was good. overall ok experience .

Turned out to be a bonding experience for my youngest son and my older brother and myself 🤙🏻

I love the fact it’s only a short trip to Tuscaloosa, and there are lots of places close to the property for food and entertainment if you’re so inclined.

Location good. .

TV never worked. Reported to front desk they never fixed it. Sofa bed was only a twin. Room only sleep 5 was recommended for 6. Desk chair was worn out needed to be thrown out. Sub par for hoilday inn express

Will recommend this place to friends and family. Will stay there again.

Room was comfortable and enjoyed the breakfast. Loved the quiet beautiful location.

The only complaint is the shower curtain need to be replaced or possibly clean (smelled bad)

Enjoyed myself

PIt was my Birthday and Mr. Clarence upgraded my room. He was also very patient with me and my card issue. So that just made me love this place even more.

There were a few stains on the bedding and walls.

Sat I took trash out had to give to housekeeping and ask for clean towels...Service...TV stopped working...housekeeping didn't clean room when was told that morning it would be cleaned while we were gone for couple hours.

Average stay. Clean environment

Breakfast was not the best. At least not what I ate. Lots of choices tho. Bed and bath were great!

I didn’t like that the drapes did not close completely. There was a huge flood light outside my window that was annoying at bedtime.

The staff was pleasant

The lack of toiletries in the room didn't like the fact that I had to ask for more. My sheets and pillow case were dirty. I didn't like the fact that bottle water is offered during breakfast.. I'm already paying for my stay and you can't give your guest courtesy bottle water. Overall I was unhappy with my stay. This will be last stay at this hotel.

Disappointed in overall cleanliness of the hotel but staff was so nice

The location is great and is convenient to golf course and all restaurants, The staff was friendly and pleasant. Beds were comfortable to sleep in

Hall floors need cleaning and one of the beds in our room had what appeared to be a small blood stain on the sheet and I had to kill a small waterbug in the bathroom. These need to be addressed,

Very good

The hotel was in a great location and very clean.

I paid on Booking.com, but the hotel charged my credit card 3 different times in an attempt to collect payment. Including booking.com, at one point, I had over $600+ in charges for a 1 night stay.. The charges were eventually credited back to my account.
