Perfect location for a stay

The location is fantastic for visiting Malaga for a few days. The apartment is also very nicely appointed.

Intermittent hot water in the main bedroom. Air conditioning seemed to go off during the night meaning the room temps soared to 29 degrees making it very uncomfortable in the heat.

Had we been informed of these issues before check-in, we would never have booked this property. We cannot recommend this

Very good location

This was by far the worst accommodation experience we have ever had. The most serious issue was the complete lack of running water every single night of our five-night stay. From late evening until the following morning there was no water at all. We could not shower, wash our hands properly, or even flush the toilet. During the day, the water pressure was almost non-existent and there was often no hot water either. We had to organise our entire holiday around the limited water availability, which is simply unacceptable. What made the situation even more frustrating was the way it was handled. The host repeatedly told us they were waiting for updates and would let us know about possible solutions. In reality, it became clear that there was no actual solution available, so we were repeatedly given false hope instead of honest communication. On top of this, one of the bedrooms had a faulty air conditioning unit that barely worked, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep in the summer heat. There were also insects inside the apartment. For a five-night stay, we were provided with only one bath towel per person, with no replacement towels or housekeeping service throughout the stay. We paid a premium price expecting a comfortable apartment with basic amenities. Instead, we spent five nights without reliable running water, with almost no water pressure during the day, frequent lack of hot water, a broken air conditioner in one bedroom, insects inside the apartment, and inadequate basic supplies.

Spacious (and well decorated) apartment, outstanding location (best place in Malaga, with excellent views of the street and many many restaurants and bars), nice beds.

No microwave, shower is weak / bathrooms compete for water

Good stay but apartment is not as showed in the photos low maintenance and poor well kept of the property

Location

Noise levels from the street are very high and due to the low maintenance of the windows it was hard to sleep with all that noise
