The room was massive and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy and the location was excellent.

great location in the centre of town. close to supermarket and restaurants and shopping. wonderful to be so close to the iconic St Jacobs and to hear the bells chime. bed was firm but comfy, shower was great, access was easy. easy walk from bus and train station. really lovely clean town.
the earplugs on the bed with the towels was a bit of a give away. the bells are loud but only through the day. it was quite hot when we were there, there is a very powerful floor fan which we needed but it is noisy for sleeping. i know it's the european way to have only doonas or quilts on the beds but it was really too hot for that. a sheet would have been enough but alas in 6 months of travel in UK and Europe I only saw one separate flat sheet.

All good.
Except finding exact location, it's difficult to find an entrance and no possibility to get support, everything goes thru app's system, that leads to not clear instructions, mistakes and poorly working integration. Price also quite high.

The location is good.
The sink was leaking in the bathroom, creating a flood. The dishwasher is not openable, the chairs in the kitchen were really dirty.
