Disappointing

The apartment was nice and cosy, but the lack of cleaning was disappointing. I found a lot of dust and lint under the bedside table, along with several toothpicks, and on the window sill, I found a spider-web and a dead spider. Which means it's been there for quite a while. We brought food and water to keep in the fridge, and it was very disappointing to see that there was mold at the bottom of the fridge. Most certainly a lot of bacteria as well, and that is not acceptable. We are talking about a few minutes of extra cleaning, and that would improve the overall impression a lot. I don't understand how the owners of this apartment can be this sloppy! Because of this, I can not recommend this apartment.

Best flat ever!

The location is great, very close to the underground station. You have plenty of restaurants and a convenient supermarket round the corner.The flat in itself is very clean, comfortable, really cute and has everything you could possibly need. I would definitely recommend this accommodation for anyone going to Budapest. The host was very nice and happy to help.

There is no negative aspect! Everything was perfect.

If you are looking for a convenient base for a couple of days in Budapest this is it!

Location was perfect, apartment was lovely; it felt like a home, very luxurious for the price, I thought if I was ever to move to Budapest this would be where I would like to live, great transport links and easy walking to most tourist places and a very convenient Spa shop less than five minutes walk, found it easily.

Good location. Average building, difficult owner.

Fantastic location and quiet building.

The owner didn't give us the code for entering the building. We waited for almost 35 min on the street by the main entrance at night until a kind tenant helped us get in. The owner also sent the cleaner before the check-out time without any prior notice.

A very well equipped apartment!!!

The apartment is very close to a Spar Market, and near some important sights, like Buda Castle, Fishermans Bastion, and Chain Bridge! It is very well equipped with everything a small apartmant can have...from iron, to washing machine! It is located on the 3th floor, but that is not a problem because the building has an eleavator! Small pubs, restaurants and bistros are in walking distances from the location, and when the Chain Bridge will be finished, you can walk to the other side of the river and visit the other sights like the Parliamnet, the Dohany Synagogue and meet president Ronald Reagan! When we will come back to Budapest, if the apartment is available, we will definitely book it again!

Unfortunately, the Chain Bridge is under construction, and going to the other side of the river was too far to be made by foot. We had to drive everywhere, and parking spaces can be realy hard to find around the center areas! From the apartments point of view...there were only 4 things we did not like: 1. There was no view at all from the apartment, 2. When we arrived it was clean, but it smelt like cigarettes inside ( and every time we would get back to the apartment, that smell would hit our noses first thing when we opened the door), 3. Although the apartment has a dish washer in the kitchen, there were no washing pills!🤷🏽‍♂️ ( but washing by hand is also fun)😜 4. The hot water in the apartment is made by a boiler, and it is boiled water!!! If you are not aware, you can burn your skin!!!🥵

Perfect location, but a very dirty place.

Amazing location, could not have found a better spot. Very aesthetically pleasing. Eventhough small, it has a lot of amenities - most of which seem to be brand new. There was a vacuum, well-heated, etc.

It was very dirty, there were even spiders and cobwebs on the ceiling and corners. Such a shame as the apartment is very aesthetically pleasing at first glance. Some of the bed's woods were out of the rubber casing in the back area. We tried to fix these ourselves as we kept falling down during the night but it was impossibly hard PLUS the ammount of dirt underneath the bed didnt help. We even found used tissues in the cupboards!!! We had to remove these ourselves to make use of it and we had to use this space as storage is quite limiting in the apartment. The shower had a missing door/ window, resulting into having a mess everyday. One bed side also had long brown-orangey hair on it and on the cushion, which made us wonder if the sheets were changed or not at all. Such a shame because it is truely a beautiful place with amazing facilities and location - but not well kept at all. Very filthy indeed.

Beautiful and clean apartment. A nice addition are such little things as an umbrella, first aid kit. Rapid settlement and eviction, without the participation of the owners.

Very very rude treatment from the owner ,check out is too early and no extra minute to extend

Cleanliness, furniture, everything was there , but I didn't really use any of of it since I spent most of my time out , a hotel would be a much better choice except if you have kids

The noise and foot steps are coming from the other apartments are very annoying specially at mid of the nigh the time you need a relax I can hear almost everything even from the building near by The dog bark And the access to to apartment is difficult where you have to unlock the door from out side then walk in the dark to the old scary elevator Then again it's dark you have to use your mobile light to unlock the room It's not really flexible And what made if so difficult the owner wil leave the key in the box and she will not even bother how you will access the room, Last day check out was too early The owner with out respect she sent the maid to clean up the room without informing me ,at 10 am the day of check out Unfortunately I was sick did not feel well and I asked the owner to give me 40 minutes to collect my stuff and leave She rejected She said you have only 20 minutes and you are kicked out! I stayed 5 days and I never complained to her about any of the problems I had I was too nice to the owner , and she treated me this inhuman and very cheap way The room does look good in the real life with all furniture and everything but the budilding is too old and dark I advice you to take a close look before you book Regards Habib .
