Absolutely EVERYTHING, the apartment itself was a perfect fit for us, a party of four. The beds were so comfortable, having aircon was a huge plus and the walk up 3 flights of stairs was so worth it. Communication with the staff was great and they genuinely wanted to make our stay as smooth and comfortable as possible!

Wspaniały gospodarz, odpowiadający na potrzeby i wyrozumiały w kwestii dodatkowego gościa. Dziękuję! Lokalizacja wspaniała, mimo, że na wzniesieniu, ale jeśli komuś nie przeszkadza podejście trochę pod górkę, to naprawdę warto dla okolicy i widoku z okna. Mieszkanie bardzo ładne i wygodne. Łóżka komfortowe. Apartament jest na 3 piętrze, weźcie to pod uwagę jeśli nie lubicie wchodzić po schodach, nam to nie przeszkadzało.
Kuchnia mogłaby być odrobinkę lepiej wyposażona, np. nożyczki, kubki (były tylko filiżanki) ale to drobiazgi.

Il Serpentine Apartments è un luogo dove soggiornare accogliente pulito con camere da letto spaziose, due bagni non molto grandi senza finestre ma con un potente sistema di ventilazione. Caldaia Bosch. Elettrodomestici in cucina nuovi e di qualità. È al terzo piano con scale comunque agevoli da salire e con punti luce da poter accendere ad ogni piano. La zona è tranquilla con fermata bus 216 sotto casa. C'è un piccolo alimentari, una gelateria e poco più giù un bar e più su nella bellissima zona del Bastione ci sono tanti bar ristoranti e negozietti vari. Adam è stato attento ed è venuto di persona a consegnarci 2 mazzi di chiavi. Comunicazione anche via Whatsapp. Il ponte delle Catene e il lungo Danubio si raggiungono in 5 minuti a piede. La posizione è ottima. Budapest è pulita. Ci siamo mossi sempre a piedi, tranne dall'aeroporto verso il centro e viceversa per il quale spostamento abbiamo preso l'autobus 100 E.

We really enjoyed our stay. Adam was extremely helpful and welcoming from the beginning. He helped us with the parking, waited for us for check-in, and was very accommodating throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the flexibility with the late check-out, which made our departure much more relaxed.
The apartment has a wonderful view of Fisherman’s Bastion and is located in a quiet area, while still being quite close to the city center. It was a great combination of peace, convenience, and beautiful views. Also, we had a pleasent surprise to know that there are two bathrooms in the apartment.
Overall, we had a great experience and truly appreciated Adam’s hospitality and attentiveness.
We enjoyed our stay overall, but there were a few things that could be improved. The floor creaked quite a bit on the sides, which was noticeable at night. The bathroom door in the master bedroom also gets stuck when trying to open it fully. Finally, the mattress was quite soft for our taste.
Despite these points, the suite had its positive aspects, and we hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
