We informed the owner Stefanos about a late check-in and he was on sight to welcome us and show the apartment
It is clean, beds are comfy. Enough space for a big family. The kitchen is well equipped with all types of kitchen utensils. The balcony has a nice sitting area. If you come with children they can play with cats and feed them.
Stefano's mother surprized us with some Greek food which was tasty.
A rental car is a must and can be parked in the yard
Creta Galini House is located perfectly as you can reach various places of interest and famous beaches within a short drive
(for example, Port of Kisamos in 25 min, Chania free park + ride in 20 min or parking lot for the Samaria gorge in 1 h.)
We have stayed in many holiday apartments. Creta Galini House belongs to the best ones

We liked everything about our stay. The host waited for us for check-in because we arrived super late due to a big delay at Athens Airport. They were very kind and had some food ready for us in the fridge when we arrived, which we really appreciated.
The lady who lives downstairs is super nice and friendly. It was the best accommodation experience we had in Greece. We would love to come back in the future!

Friendly staff, good location if you have a car.

Small details can be annoying when there are too many.
- broken shower door.
- 2 strong lights that always stay on. When you open the bedroom door, it is annoying for the person who sleeps in bed because it s in their face.
- electrical sockets not fully pressed in/aligning with the wall. Those 5mm between wall and socket does not look ok.
- squeaky door handles
- not having insect screen for bedroom
