They didn’t change the bed cover, hairs of people over the bed

we booked the room with balcony, the room is large with double bed and single bed, a room for 3.
the room is clean, the facility is great, the balcony is not that clean which is understandable. the room is on the 3rd floor, there are no elevator only stairs, since I come with my mom, the receptionist ask me if I want to change the room in the first floor, considering maybe it's too hard for my mom to go upstairs, the receptionist is so nice, but we refuse, since we want the room with balcony. They also help us to carry the luggage to 3rd floor
we stay for 3 days but there are no housekeeping offer to clean our room during 3 day stays, no water bottle refill and also changing towel. Also the stairs is very narrow, it's quiet scary to go up or down using the stairs.

El personal muy amable, nos prestaron una tetera para hervir agua; apesar de que no hay ascensor nos ayudaron con el equipaje; estaba limpio; la habitación es bonita aunque el edificio no. Cerca de varios puntos de interés, el transporte público está cerca y sobre todo a 10 min caminando del bus que va al aeropuerto. Muchos restaurantes cerca.
El baño es muy pequeño y el colchón un poco desgastado.

Отличное расположение, чисткнько, в принципе для переночевать - очень даже хорошо. Если хотите жить - то будет тесновато. Ещё имейте ввиду что рядом усилитель звука от мечети - в 6 утра подъем) но так везде в стамбуле. Ещё если вы с коляской, то её оставляете внизу так как лестница маленькая винтовая, не протиснетесь. Были в номере 301, вид из одного окна во внутренний двор, второй - на улицу.
На фото кажется больше, чем на самом деле. Не могли дождаться утюга - сказали он в другом номере, а в каком не знают. Продлили на 1 день, было в вс - цену выставили больше без предупреждения.
