Location close to Disney. On site amenities and pool. Apartment size and facilities.
Resort manager and vacation home rental manager both extremely unhelpful when our apartment door security key pad stopped working and we're locked out of the apartment at 10pm. We were basically left to figure it out on our own. No response from RBR Vacation Homes emergency contact number despite leaving several voicemails. Luckily a window had been left slightly open and we managed to climb in.
Also, not mentioned in the listing is the fact the air conditioning units for the apartment block are located right outside the bedroom window and make a lot of noise all night.
