We had an amazing stay! Everything was as listed, very clean/great condition. The location was incredible and the neighborhood was very nice as well. The only thing was the bunk bed room was hot but they supplied fans to use for that room. Overall, we had a great time. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place to explore the island. This was our second time staying at Pili Mai(we previously stayed at a different unit and needed more space this time). This was better than the listing. Very clean, very comfortable, and so spacious. Super easy check in and out. Ocean views from multiple rooms and will definitely stay again.

The property looks and feels even better than it showed in the pictures. They made the checkin and checkout process very easy and hassle free. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The place was great for 6 adults and 4 children (ages 9-12). Nice open floor plan, all 3 full size baths had dual sinks which was great. Location was great. Beds were comfortable. They had 10 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and 8 beach towels which was great. The property manager always responded very quickly and handled issues right away. The only issues we had was the ice maker seemed to work intermittently (property manager sent over ice right away) and one evening the water completely shut off but they handled it right away as well. The pool was open but there was construction so hot tubs were not available. Would have been nice to know about that. We did spend most of our time at the beaches so this was not a huge deal.
