The modern white kitchen offers a breakfast bar, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a dining room by the large living area, a separate office and billiard room with a large open living concept. The house is tiled throughout with bright tiles (no carpet). The laundry room has a Samsung washer and dryer, both front loaders and a sink. Hurricane shutters provide protection all around the house. The oversized master suite offers 2 walk-in closets, a whirlpool tub and a separate walk-in shower. 2 vanity units each with a sink, access to the pool area and the veranda.
