The accommodation is equipped with the following items: iron, internet, hair dryer, central heating, air-conditioned, open-air parking in the same building, Tv. The open plan kitchen, electric, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster. Other things to note: LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM and checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who check-in early or checkout past checkout time will charged the additional fee of $50/hr. This place is overall ok. But def NOT for 6 people, the couch is def not comfortable at all it needs to go, the place has a few things here and there that need improvement, the location is great if you dont like the big crowds and enjoy the quietness. Honneymoon island beach is just around the corner. I woul give the place a five start rating if it wasn’t for a few issues we had.

Of course-we all have different opinions. I love this place. It provided all we needed. Mainly a coffee maker : ). The places we visited were not far from this place. Clearwater beach is at least 15 to 20 minutes but not bad at all. Honeymoon beach is about 7 minutes. I didn't mind the drive. Thank you!!

This place was the perfect location for us. We wanted to be in between Palm Springs and Clearwater and it had everything we needed. The place was very clean and when I called to a question they were very quick to get back to us.

we noticed it had a musty smell. Probably because of no vent in shower room. we tried to keep pocket doors open with vent after our showers. Also, one light bulb went out in master bath . Nice stay.. enjoyed stay

We absolutely loved the Condo. It was all that was pictured. Very close to the beach (5-7) minutes away Very clean. Very well decorated. TV’s in all rooms. Quiet and it provided us with all the essentials. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay near the beach or Dunedin area. I would hands down stay here again.

The location was fantastic and very clean and nicely decorated, only recommended is the parking lot had areas that you had to always watch your step..broken concrete and wood between pavement.

Very clean. Convenient to beach, golf, groceries etc. Some curtains over the blinds may have helped the morning light. We moved a bedroom light next to the sofa. That worked great. Direct TV was a new challenge for us! We figured it out. Road noise was a bit much.

The unit was very clean. The kitchen was well supplied with glasses and Tupperware to use for beach picnics. The unit should be listed for four people not six. The small dining table had only four stools. It would be nice to have more than two chairs on the porch. Lots of traffic noise all night. Pocket door near shower was broken and off the track.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pictures and descriptions of property were spot on!!! Place was clean, location was perfect, beds were comfy and kitchen was well appointed. Only tiny thing was internet spotty a couple times but not enough to cause any real concern. Did knock us out a couple times while my wife was working but it was all good. This place was great and we would book again in a heartbeat!!! Thanks for the fabulous stay!!!

We chose this property because we wanted to be close to honeymoon beach. It was very close and easy to get to. Dunedin itself had a very cute downtown. This condo was very convenient to grocery and restaurant options as well. The property was cute, clean and comfortable. The only drawback is that there is little sound dampening between floors and there was a lot of noise from upstairs.

It was a nice apartment very cozy, expect the couch in living room it was a nightmare sleeping on it,from the first day till now I have backpain and could not enjoy my holidays because of that. I'm from NC and I did drive there ! Absolutely you need a comfy mattress, so at all it was a very nice apartment but it is absolutely just for 4 people till they change that couch

Wir haben ein paar tolle Tage in Dunedin verbracht. Die Lage des Objekts ist für Tagesausflüge ideal, leider liegt es an einer stark befahrenen Straße (auch nachts), sodass es leider einen stetigen Geräuschpegel gab - an den Amerikaner eventuell gewöhnt sind, durch die Bauweise der Häuser, ich aber nicht, und ich lebe in einer Großstadt. Die ausstattung des Objekts war Ideal, es war alles vorhanden, was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief ebenfalls sehr gut und auf Nachfragen bzw Wünsche wurde schnell reagiert.

We had a nice stay, and it was convenient to walk the trail and out to Honeymoon Island. The condo was generally clean, but we rewashed a few dishes/knives in the block before using them because they had remnants of food on them. The property managers were very responsive when things came up and we had questions.

We were in town while my daughter had surgery. The condo was very comfortable. It was close to lots of great restaurants as well as the causeway and state park. It was only a few minutes drive to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!
