We stayed for 3 nights at this house outside Brna on Korcula Island. It was removed from Brna and felt somewhat isolated as there were not many people around.It was about 40 minute drive to Korcula town. The accommodation was very clean and well maintained for the most part, although the carafe coffee maker was broken. We made turkish coffee instead and it was fine. The house is a mixture of dated (bedrooms, upstairs bathroom & main floor bathroom/laundry room) and recently renovated (kitchen, ground floor washroom with shower). The renovated parts are gorgeous, but the other rooms were disappointing...even the quilts were threadbare.
There was no indoor dining table, but the weather was fine, so we ate outside. The outdoor eating area was covered and comfortable. We enjoyed the availability of the ping-pong table and the outdoor fridge made eating and hanging out outside very convenient. The beach was more like a rocky crag with cement steps leading into the sea. It was OK for grown-up swimming, but would not be suitable for children.
The hosts were available and responded to our inquiries promptly.
Overall, we were comfortable and content during our stay, though in the future I would choose a location closer to Korcula town.
