Family owned small hotel in a good location, fair price, decent accomodation. Several resident kittens if you fancy that.
Things good be cleaner and better maintained, but it's still in an acceptable level.

A cheaper hotel that punches above it's weight for room size, facilities and conditions, great location a few streets away from the busyness and still only a 5 minute walk to the beach
Whats not to like
If I get OCD the 'little things' in the room weren't as clean as they should be - tops of switches, mirrors etc but these are probably just things they aren't aware that need to be part of cleaning
That said, I would rebook without question

The location is nice and they have just renovated the garden to make it a coffee with fish pond, flowers and trees, home-grown herbal and lemon grass.
We lost a valuable stuff; the staff was not helpful to look for it but rather wanted to deny that fact, saying they know nothing, we might have lost it somewhere else. They were helpful before it happened.
