ACCESS TO FIRE ISLAND IS ONLY BY FERRY. NO CARS

Location is super convenient.
3-minute walk to beach, playground and town
Great for families, large fenced in yard
Dining table extends to 10 people.

Gourmet Viking Kitchen w/ all the bells and whistles
2 Family Rooms w/ Flat Screen Televisions - kids have their own area downstairs, while adults play upstairs.
Multiple Outdoor Entertaining Spaces
Weber grill on top deck
All weekly rentals have access to beach chairs ( at least 6) umbrellas (2) boogie boards (2) few sand toys for children. 3 bicycles.
Wagons and coolers are available for transport items to/from ferry.
As far as house essentials we provide a few starters:
Dishwasher pods 3
Dish washing liquid
Bathrooms guest soaps 4
Kitchen garbage bags 3
Large trash bags 2
Laundry soap
4 rolls toilet paper
2 rolls paper towels
Paper napkins, plates, cups NOT provided. Guests need to bring their own paper products, and supply of garbage bags.
Several grocery stores located in Bayshore, NY deliver to Kismet. Check websites.
Kitchen is stocked with utensils, cookware.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I stayed here to celebrate my engagement for the weekend and it was well worth it! The place was huge, full of light, clean, and there was so much space to host and sleep my friends and family. It made a very memorable weekend that much better. The convenience to the beach and town is everything you can ask for as a guest. I highly recommend!!

Great property/location and only reason I can't do 5-stars across the board is ACCESS SHOULD BE CLEARLY DESCRIBED AT TOP OF LISTING! Even though Google Maps shows directions to/from, YOU CANNOT ACCESS THIS PROPERTY VIA AUTOMOBILE. The ferry schedule also changes and is not always accurately updated on the website. Future renters please do your thorough homework and confirm getting to/from! We completely bailed on the 2nd night due to these challenges.

Outstanding property. Prime location between the bay and the beach. We had some issues with cleanliness upon arrival but Fran was easy to reach and very responsive. We worked together to find a solution.
