This was a luxurious place to stay. The host was excellent and the amenities were as described.It is hard to find a private porch looking out on the water at sunset but this is what they have!This seems to be a hybrid of a resort hotel and a VRBO. Great kitchen with microwave, stove and refrigerator. There is no maid service while there but there was an ample supply of towels. Overall it was pristine and beautiful!

We really liked the Boatel. Dan was great. He met us when we got there and was very helpful.

This was my first time at fire island, and I didn’t know I had to take a ferry to get there (don’t laugh) 😁. Dan was amazing! He guided on where to park, how to take the ferry, and was waiting for me when I got there. The boatel is like 30 seconds walk from the pier, and I must say, it is just gorgeous! The rooms are very clean and bright, and very well equipped. I will definitely be going back.

Terrific place to stay!! Only negative is the need to use the ferry for arrival. That should have been made Very Clear on the description of the property. Otherwise, it was a fabulous getaway!
