About this house rental
Welcome to 3 Twin Pines Court! This fun and beautiful five bedroom, five bathroom home can sleep a group of up to 16 guests. There are also two half baths - one inside the home and one outside by the pool. 3 Twin Pines Court sits on the 11th hole of the Heron Point golf course in Sea Pines. *BEDDING CONFIGURATION* • Bedroom 1: King (Master #1, Flat Screen TV, Two Private Baths) • Bedroom 2: King (Master #2, Flat Screen TV, Private Bath) • Bedroom 3: King (Flat Screen TV, Full Bathroom Access down Hallway) • Bedroom 4: Two Built-In Pyramid Bunk Beds (Full Bathroom Access down Hallway) • Bedroom 5: Two Queen Beds (Full Bathroom Access) • Additional Sleeping Options: Sleeper Sofa Located in an Office area (Shared Jack-and-Jill Bath with Two Queen Bedroom) *ADDITIONAL INFO* • Distance to Beach: This home is 1.6 miles away from the Sea Pines Beach Club. If you bike to the Beach Club - there are bike racks available or you can take the seasonally complimentary trolley from the Harbourtown area. No parking is available at the Beach Club unless you are staying mid-September through early March. • Private Covered Pool: The private pool is approximately 20 feet by 35 feet and ranges from 3.5 to 8 feet deep. The pool is able to be heated for select dates & for an additional fee. It can be heated for stays in April, May, September and October. It is only able to be heated during these four months & will work as long as the outdoor temperature doesn’t fall below 55 degrees. The pool heat is an additional cost and requires at least seven days of heat. To add pool heat to your stay, please contact our office at least two weeks prior to your arrival date to schedule pool heat & pay the additional pool heat fee. • Multiple Living Areas, Pool Table, Gas Grill, Wireless Internet, Washer & Dryer • Fully Equipped Kitchen with all Major Appliances, Regular Drip Coffee & Keurig, Crockpot • 10 Beach Towels • 4,642 Square Feet • Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only. • Parking: There is parking available for up to eight cars max. Parking passes are an additional $17/pass per week. The garage is not available for guest use.

Our growing family stayed in Sea Pines at this beautiful home! I wanted something large enough so we all had space! This home provided that and so much more! The pool and game rooms were a big hit!! The kitchen was a dream for the chef that came to prepare a few meals for us. We would stay again in a heartbeat!!!

Overall, the house was perfect. Only suggestion would be to have more pans stocked in kitchen. Pool was wonderful. We all enjoyed that and gameroom was a nice bonus.

House was great just a couple of items, the kitchen faucet by the window is falling apart, there was clumps of black hair around the pool. The big master shower was not draining, and my husband cleaned it, it was disgusting what came out of there. House was beautiful it just needs a little TLC on a couple of items.Also please note there is piece of flashing above the front door that looks like is coming off the house we notice after the storm on Wednesday night.The back legs of the BBQ look like they are breaking we used it but were scare it would fall back.

Overall, the home was great, beautifully renovated with spaces for everyone. Kitchen was huge with all the amenities and could handle more than one cook. Best pool we have had in Hilton. Location was perfect! Loved the game room and roomy bedrooms, each with bath! Would highly recommend. Only drawback was grill, which needs replacing.

This home has it all - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, huge kitchen, several living areas and an enormous pool! The space allows for group gatherings as well as quiet places indoors and out to read (or work). The dining room table was a popular spot for jigsaw puzzles and the game room was perfect for watching sporting events and playing pool. This home is within walking distance to Harbour Town and the beach shuttle is just a short drive away. We received our check in instructions including Sea Pines passes in the mail two weeks prior to our trip. The management company is easy to contact via email and are quick to respond.

Place was great for three families to sprawl out! Awesome location in Sea Pines for bike riding all over. Kids had a wonderful time and we would definitely go back to Hilton Head Island. Unfortunately, the pool could not be heated in March and we took a chance with that going in but would not recommend going without a heated pool in March. This would be the only drawback to not staying at this house during spring break season.

We had a group of 10 - 4 adults, 3 teenagers and 3 kids 10 and under. The house is spacious and laid out well so that we were never crowded and there were so many fun activities in the billiards room. The pool was a huge hit!1 Will definitely stay here again!

The trip was great. The home had plenty of room for our entire family of 15. The kids enjoyed the bunk bedroom. The pool was large and it being covered was great on the day that it rained keeping the kids occupied. The home was well furnished and had everything we needed. We hope to make this a yearly trip.

It was extremely comfortable and clean, with plenty of room for several families to have their own space and still stay together. The kitchen was fantastic and we enjoyed the pool and the game room very much! Enjoyed seeing the alligators in the lagoon each day. Highly recommend this property.

House was perfect for a large family. Everyone had their space but plenty of space to congregate. So much to do at the house we didn’t have to leave to find fun if we didn’t want to. Stayed here with another family and our kids. House was better then we could have expected. Tons of rooms and bed allowing everyone to have their own space but also large areas like game room and kitchen for everyone to gather. Both kids and adults had a blast using the heated pool. This property is the perfect Hilton Head retreat for a large group. The house is large with many bedroom options and so many fun things to do. My family of five, as well as my in-laws and my brother-in-law's family of five, spent a wonderful spring break week at this beautiful and well-appointed home in Sea Pines. Everyone had their own space to sleep and with the multiple living areas, no one was ever on top of each other. The best part was the covered outdoor pool that we chose to heat for the week. What could be better than NOT having to constantly reapply sunscreen on six young children?! Sea Pines is a wonderful area of Hilton Head and one we hope to return to again. Five stars for this rental!

The pool area was wonderful for our family, as were the game rooms, children's room and and remainder of house. The house is amazing and in great shape. We would recommend this house to any big family or friends traveling together.

Fantastic house with accurate descriptions and pictures. Well maintained, spacious, clean, comfortable - best pool at a house we've rented! The only reason it isn't 5 stars on very satisfied is minor grill issues and 2 rooms that need room darkening shades vs. light white shades - early morning sun!
