Our family gathered in this beautiful home to celebrate our grandmother’s 88th birthday. Many of us traveled from different places, and this house was the perfect meeting point for our family reunion.
Both the kids and the adults absolutely loved the experience. The house exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was spotless, and the host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We did have a plumbing issue in the kitchen with Hugo, but they resolved it very quickly as soon as we noticed it, and afterwards everyone was happy.
We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. We hope to come back next year to create even more wonderful family memories together!

This is a family focused hotel - the main draw is that the pool has two small slides, and kids, even small ones, can stand in a large part of the pool. If this isn't a big win for you/your kids, skip this hotel.
Another nice point is the pier, on which you can have breakfast and can descend from into the sea to snorkel above a small, nearly dead part of the reef - mind you though the best part of the reef is on the complete opposite end of the West Bay beach (by the Kimpton).
Location : you can walk down to the beach easily to enjoy some beach time and excellent restaurants, as the hotel is on the seafront. Getting there and away requires a taxi though which is expensive on this island.
They rent out snorkel masks for 7$ a day or 15$ a week when we were there.
The majority of the rooms is actually in a building behind the "main" building, it's not in any pictures, and it's not very nice. The rooms are fine (slightly dated) but they're likely not in the main building overlooking the pool & sea. The building by the pool only has a few rooms. And very little space to chill in the shade by the pool by the way.
The breakfast consists of a limited number of options, none of them actually nice, and service is slow. One morning it took more than 40 minutes for us to get anything. Not a great way to start your day. There is unlimited "juice" but it's bad to the point of undrinkable, even for my kids. The fruit option had pineapple one day, but zero pineapple the other day when we ordered it again. My kids liked the 'French toast' option but honestly none of the options are good.

The location. Water in the room was great. Coffee maker was great. Cleaning was great and really efficient and fast in the mornings.
Water could be hotter and more consistent, the towels were tiny,thin and old, the pillows were also old, the tv was flat against the wall and could not be viewed from the bed, the breakfast was not very good, orange juice and the coffee was awful,shame as we are in coffee country. The staff would not call us a water taxi so we ended up getting fleeced and getting on a fake water taxi. The pictures shown on here are for the rooms at the front but when you get here you are placed in the rooms built on at the back of the property. The rooms have inter connecting doors, and only one so you can hear the neighbour clearly next door. Went to have dessert one night and there was only one option. It needs modernisation.
