Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly, the place was clean. Our apartment seemed like it was basically brand new. Only hiccup was with the shuttle from the airport, customs took so long our driver apparently took someone else instead! So we were left with no ride. Another driver from a different resort offered to take us and worked out payment with Acqua, so that was nice, he saved the day, but it we were a little bit nervous getting into his vehicle, but it did all work out.
Acqua was very quiet, we loved that it was walking distance to West Bay Beach, but far enough that you didn’t hear anything from there. The breakfast was great, although more options would have been appreciated. The pool was nice and everything maintained well. We also really enjoyed having access to the beach club on west bay beach.

Room was lovely and new. They could add some towel hooks in the bathroom and handles on cabinets/drawers in kitchen but otherwise wonderful staff and accommodation.
