Its a very nice hotel, located a bit uphill, 10mins walk from the town center, in a quiet neighbourhood, next to the aquapark. We got an apartment with a living room and a kitchen, all nicely decorated and well equipped - great value for money and very spacious. Spa center is great with tons of options - 5 or six different saunas, a nice size pool, two public and one private jacuzzi tub, an infrasky room, a relaxation room with tapidarium, and a steamroom that wasnt working at the time of our stay because of renovations. There’s a gym too, lots of showers and space for people to sit and relax. Staff was exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful, and for them I’d give 5 stars any day. We couldn’t get the late check out option at the time of our stay unfortunately because hotel was fully booked, but they offered to still extend our stay for one hour, to accommodate us.
Shower at the apartment where we were staying was a bit dated, not sure if thats the case with every room though. Breakfast was ok, but I’ve had better at 4 start hotels, so I’d advise some work on F&B.

Very nice, clean and cozy hotel close to water park Raj. It has its own, quite big parking. Spa center has indoor pool, few different saunas, salt room, relax room...very clean. I had good, relaxing massage. Employees are very pleasant and professional. Food is very tasty. Two of us stayed at apartment with separate bedroom and it was really good choice. We also had kitchen, safe deposit box and terrace. Maids are cleaning rooms every day. City center is on walking distance. This was good choice.

Amazing WiFi, enough to work with video calls.
Strong tobacco smell in the living room (bedroom was ok). It was not something you will feel after someone smoked in the room once or twice - the whole furniture set smells like it was in kafana for few years.
Curtains were so dusty so they turned grey, what added more smell and also allergens on top.
Really bad state of bathroom facilities: toilet flush only works once and than you have to pull up the ceramic lid to pull the flush, non-matching toilet sit makes it uncomfortable to use, crazy gap between the faucet and sink brings water all over the place.
