Peccato poter assegnare solo 10 a questa struttura. Casa stupenda (nuova) con tutti i comfort possibili, vorrei ringraziare l’host Stefan per la sua professionalità e presenza ogni volta che gli abbiamo scritto e Rute che ci ha accolto e mostrato la casa ed è stata una persona molto gentile. La casa è su due piani con una terrazza meravigliosa sul mare e città, da sfruttare per aperitivo al tramonto. Letti comodi con topper e cuscini comodissimi posizione fantastica e strategica. Consiglio vivamente

Das Appartement ist super mitten in der Stadt gelegen und sehr angenehm. Die Terrasse bietet einen tollen Blick über die Stadt bis zum Meer - nur die Treppe hinauf (bzw noch mehr hinunter) zur Terrasse ist steil und eng und man sieht tief hinunter (stolpern möchte ich nicht..).
Es gab zwei Sonnenschirme für den Strand und Beachtennisschläger.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gab Spülmittel, Schwämmchen, Basisgewürze, Essig, Öl, Kaffeefilter - und Shampoo und Tabs für Geschirrspüler und die Waschmaschine.
Die Stiege zur Terrasse ist für Schwindelfreie.

IT is close to the centre and local Bar next door was shutting down around midnight/12.30 so not too noisy.
The top terrace accessed by external steps, did get plenty of sun (but is completely overlooked and could do with some screens)
The quality of the bedding and furniture and facilities does not come up to the standard of other houses that we have rented in Lagos. The front door lock is in need of a carpenter to make it more secure. Inside nearly all of the doors do not actualy close or are stiff to operate. The upstairs bathroom door isn't hung properly and out of line with the door frame. it keeps swinging open. We got the feeling that the owner (who was a very nice man via, messages)
has not long taken the house over, although he did get a plumber out to stop a water leak in the main bathroom and unclog the upstairs shower tray which was overflowing out of the tray, (I believe this was mentioned in previous ratings) The quality of the furniture including on the terrace needs updating, I got the feeling that Stefan was getting around to improving the fixtures and fittings as the dishwasher and Washing Machine Vaccum Cleaner were brand new.
