Really convenient location. Lovely base for a busy stay in Lagos.

Excellent location. The property is very central in Lagos. Everything we needed was only a short walk away. Inside the apartment had everything we needed. It was very clean and well equipped. Also, having a little outside terrace was a bonus. The owner was very quick to respond to our queries.

We were a little concerned about the inside door to the apartment as although it locked, it was poorly repaired so it didn’t feel as secure as it should’ve been.

Excellent location, very clean, quiet

The location was superb, communication with the owner was great and getting access was easy

It was very hot, particularly in the evening as there is no AC. We knew this when we booked but didn’t appreciate how hot it could get in Lagos. The small fan in the bedroom provided limited relief.

Amazing location and clean place.

Amazing location and had a well equipped kitchen and bathroom.

The blind was broken and it was unbearably hot during the summer!

Horrible communication, tiny and unhygienic unit, rude service, and a Tourist trap.AVOIDDD!!!!

The best part was the small cafe below; Bora Cafe. They were a lovely little juice/milkshake bar - we spent most our time there because our room was so hot we couldn't relax in it.

Communication & Host Response: The host’s communication was dreadful to the point of feeling like a total SCAM! I was a minute away from booking another hotel out of desperation. Despite messaging them repeatedly over several days and the morning of arrival to ask for check-in instructions and what to do, there was complete radio silence until exactly 3:00 PM on the dot. They never once clarified that instructions wouldn't be sent until standard check-in time. Furthermore, when I accidentally broke a plastic chair just by sitting on it and reported it immediately, I was met with an extraordinarily frosty response insisting it was in "perfect condition" before my stay. They insisted they needed to evaluate payment for it, completely ignoring Booking.com's policy that guests are not liable for standard wear-and-tear or accidental natural damage. The Accommodation: Calling this a room is generous! It is essentially a broom closet shoehorned with a toilet, kitchenette, and bed. Ventilation & Heat: The room is on the third floor, so it traps an intolerable amount of heat. The window is tiny with hardly any natural light, and the fan provided is so small it does almost nothing—forcing us to shower constantly to avoid overheating. I am honestly surprised they are allowed to rent out a space this tiny without proper air conditioning. The Bed: Completely unhygienic and uncomfortable. The mattress dips heavily in the middle so you sink right in. The fitted sheet kept popping off throughout the night, leaving us in direct contact with a mattress that countless other bodies have slept on. There wasn't even a proper cover, leaving us feeling one bedsheet away from bed bugs. Facilities & Space: There is zero storage space no wardrobe or area to place suitcases or hang clothes. The Bathroom: The shower is minuscule and covered in mold.

Ubicació ideal i bona terrassa

El llit horrorós, calorós i incòmode. A l’apartament li faltava una mica de ventilació, s’hi acumulava molta calor.
