The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs or you are close enough to walk to many great restaurants or just a short drive away. Your private balcony is off the living room and gives you a beautiful view of Little Lagoon. What a great spot to have that first cup of coffee and plan your day! The courtyard features 2 large pools and four charcoal grills. There is a coin operated laundry on the south side of complex, for each floor. The beach is across the street and has easy access through the public beach access points. This is a second floor walk up; no elevator. FREE WIFI. This Gulf Shores condo is located at 930 West Beach Blvd., approximately 1 mile west of the main intersection. This is a non-smoking, no pet unit. NO PETS! Each unit has covered parking for two cars. This property allows up to two vehicles per reservation. No trailers. **There is a fee for parking during your stay. You will receive an email to register for parking and pay your parking fee.
