The home sleeps 6 comfortably, the cozy loft offers 2 twin beds, one with a trundle bed for extra sleeping. Home is tastefully decorated with new furnishings throughout. Perfect for small and multi-family stays, and includes the comforts of home: linens and towels, WiFi internet, dishes/cooking supplies, coffee and tea, washer/dryer. The large deck off kitchen is perfect for dining and catching the amazing sunsets! Enjoy all Boyne City has to offer, less than a mile to the boat launch for boating and fishing, and blocks from Avalanche Mountain for hiking, mountain biking, sledding, cross country skiing and snowmobiling. The property was excellent for our ski trip. Very close proximity to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Boyne City and approximately a 5-mile drive to Boyne Mountain. Despite the wintery conditions we were able to navigate where we needed to with ease. My family really enjoyed our stay, and we will look to stay here again.

We stayed for the weekend and walked to the market, pub, and beach - kids loved how close we were to the water and splash pad.

Excellent location for the beach and close to several golf courses. The home was very clean and cozy. We loved relaxing and having dinner out on the deck after a long day of golf.

We loved Robert’s place in Boyne city- it was perfect for a quick stay for a nearby wedding. Our two young girls loved the loft and toys and it was perfect for us and my in-laws. Great walkability to Boyne City (beaches, restaurants, brewery) and well appointed with everything we needed. Highly recommend and would stay again happily should we return!

The back deck off the kitchen was really nice and a great place to have coffee in the morning and or dinner in the evening, The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and a good size. My family really enjoyed our stay and would highly recomend this property!

Rob’s home was perfect for our girl’s getaway in Boyne City. The location of this property to the city is excellent. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants that Boyne has to offer. The cleanliness and attention to details were highlights of this home. Rob’s home was perfect for our girl’s getaway in Boyne City. The location of this property to the city is excellent. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants that Boyne has to offer. The cleanliness and attention to details were highlights of this home. This place is the best. I have stayed in quite a few VRBOs and this place is by far the best one we have ever stayed in. Very clean and great location. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. Robert was very welcoming. Will definitely be back.

This place is the best. I have stayed in quite a few VRBOs and this place is by far the best one we have ever stayed in. Very clean and great location. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. Robert was very welcoming. Will definitely be back.
