Older motel, somewhat expensive

Coffee and pastries in the morning, plus the young lady at the front desk was nice. Everything was clean. My granddaughter greatly enjoyed the free popcorn and water.

The rooms are small, the ice machine didn't work, it's more expensive than expected.

Nothing about it.

Staff was very rude and the room was dirty. There was a bed bug infestation recently in all the rooms and they tried to hide it by telling me they were just ants. There were mice running around the room and someone left old food in the fridge. So im assuming no1 really cleans the room or the dirty stained bed sheets that never get changed.

I will definitely being staying here every time I come to Boyne!

The room was spotless when I arrived and the added touches of snacks and water was exactly what I needed. I loved how personal the staff made my stay feel.

In room coffee selection needs to be upgraded.

Close to downtown. Clean, older facilities.

Great location in downtown Boyne City. You are able to walk to downtown shops and local eateries. I was hesitant to stay in a motel with my family and it went well. You can tell that they are trying to keep the older facilities clean and inviting. The casing on the baseboard heaters were even dust free.

The lock on the door was loose.

Was quiet and very close to everything

The lady at the reception was very helpful

The outside facility was not very clean. There were bugs right by the door of our room, some got in but thank God they were not cockroach

Nice place!

very clean room and the property is about 12 minutes from the Skybridge at Boyne falls!

No hot breakfast just simple continental breakfast. Thank you for the fresh oranges and coffee!

ok for a quick nights sleep

it was in a good location! wasn’t really what I expected from the pictures, although it seemed fairly newly updated. the room was clean, just a tad small especially the bathroom - could use some hooks or more towel bars & another shelf.

for being a motel, I guess it’s ok, I’m not used to staying in motels so, I am not a good judge I guess.

Wonderful!

The staff is very friendly and will help you out any way that they can. I forgot an extra night light when we were leaving and called to ask if they found it. They did and kept it until our return visit a month later! Super!

Nice place to stay - would stay there again when in the area.

delicious baked goods for breakfast. Room was quiet and clean - not far off the beaten path. walking distance to downtown. plenty of parking

room was a little small but it was cozy and comfortable and had what I needed. not a problem as I was there for business and just slept in the room. It was just right for what I needed

Only sweets. Perhaps throw in a non sweet choice

Great location, clean comfortable room and friendly service.

Great location, good coffee in the office in the morning. Comfortable bed! Clean bathroom. The mini fridge was helpful.

The air conditioner was very loud. The wall outlet was old and my phone charger fell right out of it. I was able to use the power strip that was in the room though so all is well. I am gluten and peanut sensitive so there was nothing I could eat in the morning.
