Wir waren jetzt 2-3 Mal dort und es war immer sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir kommen immer gern wieder, wenn wir in Darmstadt sind.

Ich bin öfter hier, Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich.
Kein Warmes Wasser auf mehreren Zimmern.
Das geht leider gar nicht...
Das Personal am Empfang wusste Bescheid, dass schon mehrere Zimmer kein Warmwasser hatten, eine Entschuldigungsmail kam auch prompt nach dem Aufenthalt. Man hätte aber vielleicht auch irgendwas anderes anbieten können... als "Wenn Technik nicht funktioniert, ist das halt doof"

Straßenlärm, bessere Schallschutzfenster wären angebracht.

Kein warmes Wasser, Duschen nicht möglich, riesen Fernseher und ging nicht.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung war gut - auf Niveau eines ordentlichen Businesshotels.
Das Frühstückbuffet war gut.
Der (kostenpflichtige) Parkplatz am Hotel war auch sehr angenehm.

Good value, convenient location.
I extended my stay, but the staff member wasn't very helpful. Not only did the on-site price charge more than online, but cash not accepted. So, I booked online and did the extension that way.

Clean !
No tea or hot water pot. Can’t buy anything around the hotel. Within walking distance there is nothing to eat or buy!

Everything is more than perfect but those damn pillows are awful! They must do something about it as I told the staff.

The room was big and very stylish.
The bathroom was the right size.
Easy and fast late check in available.
Little minus - the bed was too soft for us.

We appreciated having the car parked very close to our room. Check-in was very easy as well as check-out.
Breakfast was ok. It was nice to have coffee / tea available free of charge in the lobby during the day, as well as free drinks in the minibar in our room.

The beds and room setup is amazing for the price.

It made me uncomfortable. I am an adult but this is something i find hard to control and I do not want to face it when I am paying for a vacation.

Pathetic experience. Room was unclean on check in. Shower never worked. No one ever at the reception counter. Housekeeping left early morning. No amenities left in room. Rude staff. Worst experience ever! Avoid like the plague!!

Very polite staff. Clean. No problem with parking car.
Very poor breakfast. Honestly if a first meal of the day is important for you then you have to grap something outside of the hotel.
