Parking was easy and it was a short Uber ride into town. Gas station at the end of the street if you needed something. Lots of coffee and lotions and bathroom stuff and plenty of linens. Owner responds quickly:)
For the elderly (had my 86 year old mom with me) the stairs were steep. But from what I saw about every place in DC is this same layout so this is not a negative but rather just a word of caution if you have elderly.

La casa magnífica, baños suficientes para los 3 adolescentes que venían con nosotros. Todo limpio, impecable, agua y snack a nuestra disposición, los baños estaban totalmente acondicionados, tenían desde toallas, shampoo, acondicionador, cepillos, pasta de dientes, etc.
El barrio muy tranquilo, con restaurantes y almacenes cerca, todo genial.
Nada, todo ok.
