Very Beautiful and Wonderful

This is our second time at this hotel. The hotel is large, its gardens are beautiful, and the food it offers is very good. It is a good place for the family.

The receptionist was not nice in his dealings, and the room was not ready.

Wir würden immer wieder in dem Hotel Urlaub machen.

Die Lage sowie die Größe des Hotels waren super. Die vielen Gäste haben sich gut in der Anlage verteilt. Das Abendprogramm war super.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut, nur leider sind die Toilettenbrillen lose und wackelig.

Less than expected

I like that there is many activities there you can do with your family, reception stuff was very helpful and friendly, cleaning stuff all around the hotell work hard there and they were very nice and friendly waiter's as well

Food was very poor, always cold and sometimes its overcooked or not well cooked , many stuff going around all time trying to sell you things such activities and if you say no they will stop look aven at you so the where not friendly specially some one call hassan there , bar stuff they will not be nice to you unless you tips them , and the plastic cups which they use on bar is so disgusting and the juice glases on the restaurant looks dirty all the time so i was using one time use cups all the time , and many things you would buy there is for exstra charge such WiFi and safebox even for fresh jus for the breakfast, every one need to avoid buying any things from the hotell because it's extremely expensive and the hairdressers saloon tried to scam me he asked for 100€ when we had a deal for 60 € only for small cut and hair coloring for my 10 years old boy and I believe every where on the hotel try to scam tourists

Amazing pool, but overall not for us. Very big, and busy end July/ early August.

The pool. Room size. The reception areas’ design. Table tennis. Some staff were nice and many worked very hard. Sunbeds (with good padding) under the palm trees. My daughter enjoyed the karaoke and water slides. Breakfast omelettes and waffles. 10% of the food was great.

The bar staff at main bar serving drinks without cleaning the plastic glasses first. Lack of terrace (by room) floor cleaning. Some of the food was not heated adequately for lunch/dinner. Chicken at luke warm temperatures on at least 3 occasions. Having to get up at 7-7.30 to acquire a sun bed and finding 90-95% already taken, although none are meant to be reserved prior to 7.30am. Lack of clear information on arrival at reception. (Staff informed vaguely as if we already would know where to go to be shown room, also not informed we had a “free” meal at an a la carte restaurant.) Food plates taken from us prior to finishing our food, sometimes while still eating at the time. Mediocre entertainment, although the garden 80s party with fresh fruit was pretty good. Too much loud music - the bass carries much further than the music, so much of the sun bed areas had a night club boom boom experience for way too much of the time. (I’m not against this vibe, but it doesn’t allow for a relaxing holiday !)

Good value for money

* Great service - anyone we met from the staff was very nice and helpful, * Multiple swimming pools with great variety plus the beach * Safety is prioritized and being taken care of - gives the parents confidence about their kids using the different facilities. * Great thought of kids experience through accessible dining area, bathroom, pools, etc... * Very good value for money * Would have been happy to stay for at least one more night.

* Small things I didn't expect I would have to add money for like Wi-Fi in the room, using the safe, and things like having Shampoo and body lotion in the room. * Many mosquitos went into the room after every time they cleaned the room, because they let the room ventilate (which is a good thing except of the mosquitoes). * There where many ants in the room, which was yucky. * The food isn't tasty in general * Horrible light planning in the dining room, which has a negative impact on the vibe (feels tiring to be there, looks super old and just not fun when going there at night) * Small things in the room like the marble where the sink is, or how the towels hangers were set on the wall - nothing is straight or aligned properly, it all looks like the work of someone who did it for the first time.

Great holiday

Amazing facilities for entertainment, food and relaxation. Kids had a great time while we were able to relax.

Rooms a little outdated and tight but we barely started in the room so we didn't mind.

Great family getaway

Amazing staff, amazing pools and a great atmosphere. Cleanliness was top notch and food was mediocre.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The food was tasty, the pools were enjoyable, and they had great activities for children.

it was disappointing to have to pay for Wi-Fi in this day and age. Additionally, charging for the in-room safe felt unnecessary. If these issues are addressed, it would be a perfect hotel.

Everything is perfect, our third time coming here! Kids love it, adults love it! Perfect place for a family vacation! The only wish I have is that it should be smoke free at the outside of the restaurant ( right now just in a small area at the back) and around the kids pools. Baby pools are but should be also at two slides pool! It's very difficult if u have astma etc and not good for the kids to have all the smoke around them. Should be put up smoke corners! Other than that it's all the perfect place!

The smoking everywhere as it gets really hard for me to breathe around it.

Totally recommended

The hotel is really nice. The territory is green and looks like a park. The buildings are not very high, so it was felt like in a country club. I really liked the atmosphere. There is a lot of place on the beach - just two rows of loungers and it is always possible to find free ones. The good tennis tables are also mention worth!

The single point I didn't like: charges for Wi-Fi. I think it's outdated nowadays. You have unlimited food and drinks but have to pay extra for the internet access...

Great place for family holiday with kids of all ages. Fun activities, entertainment, fitness classes, good food variety & availability, nice beach.

Worth the price!

Great location, nice spacious rooms, amazing food, nice beach. There are different activites for every age all the time.

You have to pay extra in order to have i internet. Only in the lobby you can use it for free. You also need to pay for the spa area. You can't use the sauna and the steam room for free.

the pools are nice

they say all inclusive but you have to pay for everything including wifi and even kettle for your room. reception staff not helpful at all. they don’t help unless you ask for it. beds are very uncomfortable.

The beach, giant pool, food was good and diverse, price was reasonable in comparison to other resorts in side, water slides were awesome, animation team was good. Overall the experience was good and i recommend it especially for this price even if it was not so complete experience but the flaws are just ignorable and will not effect the overall experience significantly.

A lot of activities require extra charge even standard services such as in room wifi and safe, spa manager was not professional, cocktails were just acceptable they could have done better, rooms entrance is located outside the resort, no soap and shampoo only liquid soap to use it for all purposes.
