The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was well soundproofed, comfortable, and equipped with good A/C cooling. The water pressure was excellent, and I appreciated having instant hot or cold water at the desired temperature.
The food was delicious, and based on my experience at other resorts I have stayed at, I would rate it 8.5/10.
The beach is pleasant and enjoyable. There are some fine gravel, but I did not find sea shoes necessary. There are also plenty of areas to enjoy. I particularly appreciated having designated adult-only zones both on the beach and in the main restaurant dining area.
The resort also offers different evening entertainment every night, which adds variety to the stay.
Overall, it is a good choice for a relaxed and comfortable getaway.
The internet was down for quite a long time (around 18 hours) during my stay, which also affected the TV streaming channels. In addition, I occasionally experienced the A/C switching off by itself, possibly due to the digitally controlled system. These were minor inconveniences overall.

not our first visit here, and wasn't disappointed, great staff at the restaurants, and big thumbs up to the staff at the pool, never had to wait for service, and all made to feel very welcome.
Entertainment was a bit mediocre, and the activity team in the main are not very enthusiastic, there is a couple of them who get it, but i complained several times at the lack of motivation from some of them, felt like they were just going through the motions and didnt want to do the activity.

We loved our stay at Akra Sorgun TUI Blue! Almost everything was exceptional, and we had a wonderful family holiday.
The only things we missed were a large water park for the kids and a little more space in the family pool, which felt a bit crowded. These were minor drawbacks compared with how much we enjoyed the hotel overall.
