A comfortable well located hotel ideal for an overnight stopover between flights.

A good option for an overnight stopover between flights. Good location across the road from the airport so easy access to hotel with no need for shuttles of taxis.

Bit pricey for an overnight stop but you are paying for the location no doubt.

Nice, modern, quiet room that is conveniently located at the Zurich airport. Amazing breakfast!

The hotel is very conveniently located next to the Zurich airport. The finishes are very modern. The room was clean. The breakfast is absolutely amazing with everything one could hope for!

The beds are very uncomfortable with a significant dip in the middle of the bed, which hurt my back. This was also true the previous time I stayed at this same hotel a year ago. They need to replace the mattresses with better quality.

Good value, friendly staff and good location for an early morning flight

Was happy to be offered coffee and a croissant before our early flight (before breakfast opened). Nice touch. Also the staff assisted us with a package we needed to be picked up.

when people leave the rooms the doors slam and make a disturbance.. Consider something to soften that.

Hotel de aeropuerto perfecto y cómodo para escalas en Zurich

Perfecto para hacer escalas y estar cerca del aeropuerto si sales muy temprano y llegas tarde. Cama comodisima, baño equipado con todo lo necesario. No se oyen aviones pese a estar al lado del aeropuerto. Personal muy simpático y atento. Cafetera nesspreso en la habitación!

El precio del restaurante me parece desorbitado

Ich hatte einen Freund bei ihnen untergebracht. Das Einzige was stört, dies aber dafür gewaltig, ist der Preis für das Frühstück. Ich wollte mit meinem Freund bei Ihnen morgens Frühstücken. Für 2 Personen 90 CHF das ist in Anbetracht der Auswahl keinesfalls gerechtfertig. Diese Preispolitik würde ich mir an ihrer Stelle überdenken. Damit Kreieren Sie ein Negavivimage und das ist schade. Alles andere ist top. Lage, die Fruendlichkeit ihrer Mitarbeiter ist überragend, Sauberkeit, Einrichtung etc, man fühltsich wohl. Schade, dass dieses Gefühl durch den Preis des Frühstückes innert Sekunden verschwindet.

A comfortable, but expensive, hotel for an an unepected stay.

Location was so handy for the airport. Hotel was very comfortable and nicely decorated and staff were friendly.

We arrived just after 9.30 and the restaurant was closed with no room service available. This was very strange to me especially in an airport hotel where people would be coming and going late into the night. Also, water leaked out under the shower door and the bathroom was totally flooded. Finally, we called down to reception with a query in the morning and no answer. Small things (apart from the lack of room service) but given the cost of the room, they weee noticeable.

I was very disappointed with the service of reception. Not possible to join reception from the room. Every time you need something you have to go to reception and ask directly where is full ignoring of the client's request. I asked a dental kit. After waiting approximately 30 minutes in the room I had to go downstairs to ask again. After the second time I was brought what I wanted. I also ordered a taxi on the eve to be at the airport (General Aviation) in the morning. Taxi wasn’t ordered. The breakfast is too poor for €45.

Getting to the hotel wasn't easy for a traveller arriving late at night with a lot of luggage. Unfortunately The hotel doesn't answer phone calls.

It's difficult to express any likes when the staff did NOT address my concerns appropriately.

It's difficult to express any likes when the staff did NOT address my concerns appropriately (outlined in the "What didn't you like" section below).

1) Bathroom shower door leaked onto bathroom floor. Reported to check-in attendant and they were to have mechanics review; though never happened as stayed 2 nights & took 2 showers and both times leaking continued. Had to wipe up bathroom floor twice. 2) Hallway was dark, while other hallways were brilliantly lit up. Reported to check-in attendant, then hallway became lit first night. However the hallway was dark the 2nd night, once again. 3) During 1st day, television did not work. Reported to attendant. Specialist had to activate the television from a different location. 4) Housekeeping cleaned bathroom with wet mop and, afterwards, I located a black hair on wet floor, which I wiped up with tissue. Did not report this. (I have blond hair and hair was black.) On 7/17/23, spoke with Jason from Booking.com at the phone number highlighted below. (When I checked out of the Zurich Hyatt Hotel, the attendant told me that I needed to take up any issues with Booking.com). Gave Jason the 4 issues that I had with the Hyatt Hotel Zurich and told him I reported the issues except for #4. Jason understood my concerns about the hotel not addressing the issues I presented and stated that he would email the Hyatt Hotel Zurich with my issues and if they do not compensate me, he would see that Booking.com does take it up with the Hyatt Hotel and compensate me. I stated that I cannot accept a free stay at the hotel or Booking.com as compensation. Jason understood.
