We were received warmly as well as efficiently, at the reception,by Duty Manager, the lovely Mr. Fahmi. It was a pleasure to be received by him. I must emphasize that all the hotel staff members that we encountered were cordial, polite and friendly. It made our stay at the hotel enjoyable!
We were upgraded by Fahmi to a family suite. This was a very pleasant surprise. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
Please fix the sound in the dining room. All we could hear were muffled bangs and irritating noise. It is a shame because the dining room has a huge window to a vert nice view, the staff was lovely, and nice quiet music could have made a great difference

Neat and clean, well maintained, closer to airport
Rude staff specially at the restaurant during breakfast .. they do not have manners, while someone is eating they purposely closed coffee dispenser first

Location. They have you trapped with the Location.
The room was old. The bathroom was really old. And "upgrade" had a view of the roof. Extremely expensive restaurant.
