Located just in the Old Town, near the start of the path to Mt Tampa. Didn't seem to be any other guests and neighbours were quiet. There is a small sitting area outside, with a view of the mountain.
Absentee landlord who was annoyed that I rang him. No refrigerator. Stupid door locking system, only seen it in Brasov after 6 weeks in Romania. Is it really a guesthouse if the owner is never there?

Clean and tidy
Centric location to city hall and to Mountain Tampa
Cannot lock the room with the key；
Heating equipment cannot be adapted which makes the room too warm；
No ashbin；
The toilet seat is somehow too loose

Great location, in the city center, very attractive price, clean rooms, great view.
Very dark building entrance at night, noisy floors.

The property’s best feature was its location very close to the old town.
There was a constant stale smell coming out of the bathroom and it made the stay rather unpleasant.
