Basique et confortable

L'accès rapide à l'autoroute. Parfait pour un hotel étape

Climatisation au pied du lit très inconfortable car froid direct + bruit / Moquettes au sol Petit Déjeuner industriel avec de nombreux déchets cartons tout les couverts sont jetables. Ce n'est pas un hotel responsable d'un point de vue écologique !!! C'est irresponsable.

Very impressed with hotel. Overall, stay was excellent. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Hotel staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Room very clean and modern. Really enjoyed the swimming pool. Very impressed with the hot breakfast.

Over priced.

The breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel. A nice touch was a waffle maker for the children.

For a newer hotel I expected a hot tub. My husband's side of the bed was sunk in and he did not sleep well.

The bathroom door, why did anyone think a sliding non sealing door was a good idea for a bathroom

Wonderful stay!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Upon arriving we waited 5 to 10 minutes for front desk clerk to come to the front. There was no one there to check us in. It may be helpful to have a bell or button to let staff know of guest arrivals. Clerk was friendly though when she did get to desk.

Good enough to stay close to the Sandbanks park

Fresh room, looks like new, clean and no odors, comfy bed, decent breakfast, easy to check-in and out.

Heat pump is noisy and blowing strong towards a sofa bed. Just one chair for three people in the room. Open concept of the washroom.

The accessibility of our room on the main floor even though we had to pay extra to get it

The drain in our bathroom makes noise all night and the bathroom door blocks the closet also the mattress is soft unlike it used to be when hotel Opened not good for folks with disabilities to get in or out of

Acceptable

Beds were very comfortable and heating/air conditioning was very responsive and easily manipulated to get desired temperature for sleeping. Bathroom was clean but shower was only adequate.

Breakfast was very busy and one staff member was overwhelmed. Ran out of items (ie Bagels and could not provide more because they. were "frozen"). ( I have toasted frozen bagels before without problems). There was minimum seating and many people had to stand or take food back to their rooms. Not very well done. Mirror lighting (essential for shaving) did not work in any logical manner. Came on when unexpected and did not respond to switch on mirror.

Amazing place to stay

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was extremely clean and very quiet. The breakfast had good choices to choose from, No bacon but I forgive them for that. The location is ideal, right off the 401. We (husband and I) spent a relaxing weekend there.

Really have no complaint. Only a suggestion to add bacon to the menu? All else was amazing. Wonderful staff, very clean and quiet place.

The breakfast is a nice touch. I will say there was no coffee though. However when I finally found someone they replaced the pot of coffee right away.
