Enjoy Chautauqua Lake while staying in this private 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath Lakefront home. Situated on 110' of lakefront this home features a gourmet kitchen w/ seating for 5 at breakfast bar, dining area that overlooks the lake and w/seating for 8. Open and spacious living room w/ wood burning fireplace that has floor to ceiling brick chimney, one bedroom and 1.5 baths conveniently located on the main floor. On the second floor you will find the master bedroom that overlooks Chautauqua lake and master bath which features a jetted tub and sauna. Sitting area with panoramic views, guest suite, 2 more bedrooms and 4 baths finish the upstairs. Outside you will enjoy a spacious deck that leads you down to a large lawn perfect for out door games, gazebo and dock. ABSOLUTELY NO(NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING) LARGE PARTIES, WEDDINGS, WEDDING RECEPTIONS, GRADUATION PARTIES AND ETC. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITH NO REFUND AND FORFEITURE OF SECURITY DEPOSIT.

The property provided a wonderful week with family and friends. There was plenty of space for 10 of us which included 6 adults and 4 teens. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and the many bathrooms provide plenty of personal space.
The property is beautiful - the expansive yard and landscaping are very well maintained. However the long dock was unsteady to the extent where older family members were not comfortable walking out on it.
The kitchen and family room are great indoor gathering places, with lots of seating. Very high quality appliances were nice to have as well. The carpet in the family room definitely needs to be replaced.
The deck on the house is a great outdoor gathering spot as well. Great size and nice awnings for some shade. However I think there really needs to be railings installed, as I am surprised the deck meets code without them. It is a safety concern to have a 3+ foot drop off the side of the deck with no railings.
Overall a very nice home that we enjoyed very much, though it certainly could use a bit more maintenance work to fix broken door/window, running toilets, etc. We really did enjoy our time, and would likely stay again, especially if a little investment is made in the upkeep going forward.

This was our second year renting this property. It is a beautiful home, and the outside land is amazing! It was perfect for our family. There are some things that could, and Should be fixed for safety and everyday convenience. I hope they are attended to. We would love to return in 2023!!

Our multi-family group enjoyed this lake front home. The bedrooms are large, and each have their own bathroom allowing the families enough space to enjoy some privacy. The updated kitchen is large and fully stocked. There are several refrigerators, a full-size freezer, and a wine fridge to store all your local wine purchases. The dock worked well for both of our boats. The large yard was well manicured and perfect for games and sunbathing. The firepit is close to the lake front and was great for star gazing (bring your camping chairs). We enjoyed meals on the large back deck that is partially covered. Large windows stretch across the front of the house allowing for gorgeous lake views (we enjoy a good lake storm!).
There are two central air conditioning units that presumably cool all but two of the bedrooms that had window AC units in them. We had to contact management upon our arrival because only one of the window units worked and only one of the central air units worked. That left us with only 2 rooms (the 2 smallest bedrooms) with air conditioning. The large windows that stretch across the house do not have blinds so the house heats up quickly on warm sunny days. Management said someone would be by midweek to look at the AC units, but no one showed. We were lucky to have cool nights and live close enough to make a trip home to grab a couple fans to cool the place down at night.
Surfaces were clean but a deep clean is desperately needed (under appliances, vents, windows, under furniture). Management left a note acknowledging that maintenance is required on the front deck, front doors (they’re inoperable leaving 14 people coming and going out of the slider on the side of the house), and the dock.
Our group has been visiting Chautauqua Lake for decades and was looking for a large rental to accommodate our ever-growing family. Though this home lacks some attention to detail it allowed for all of us to spend the week together and we’d be happy to stay again!
