Nestled in Lake Delton, this charming house for $669 per night is a great choice for your next break. This brand new two story Chalet with an open floor plan, plenty of sleeping room and tons of family and friends games will be your "Home Away from Home" you don't want to miss! Located within a five minute walk of Spring Brook's Clubhouse, this grand, six bedroom home is the perfect family and/or friends gathering headquarters. The Dells Reunion Lodge has three levels including a finished basement with indoor games and recliner seating ideal for movie night or the big game. The exterior features 2 gas grills, large covered patio and a campfire ring located just off the deck. Perfect for all events from family vacation, team building to corporate retreat, it sleeps a maximum of 20 people. The main floor offers two bedrooms (each with two queen beds) that share one of three full bathrooms. Lounge your vacation away in the spacious living room which is adequately furnished with comfortable seating, a sofa sectional and a large flat screen TV. It also opens up to the dining area where guests will enjoy the ultimate dining experience at the over-sized table. The dream kitchen features slate appliances and seats six more at the counter. The open concept, common area is accented by knotty pine cathedral ceilings, a large stone wall fire place and ample room to relax comfortably. This home is loaded with sleeping arrangements for a variety of guest lists. The upstairs has two bedrooms each with a king bed and TVs. Additionally, the loft area provides two twin beds for added sleeping accommodations. There is a second full bathroom on the second floor for added convenience and privacy. Relax the evening away in the finished lower level which boasts an amazing recreation room that includes a pool table, a dart board, foosball table, as well as a wet bar and elevated viewing area with a 60" TV. The fifth and sixth bedrooms (2 queen beds in the first bedroom and 1 king bed in the second, all with TVs) provide additional sleeping accommodations with yet another full bathroom to share. Additional half bathroom available off to the theater and game area. Wi-Fi is complimentary. The Dells Reunion Lodge is a short drive to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 20, rates based on 12 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.

The house was perfect for our larger group that came together to celebrate our friends Bachelorette party! We had plenty of space to sleep and hang out and enjoy our time together. The management staff was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

This house has everything you could want for a great time spent with all! The downstairs area with the pool table and massive theater was even cooler than the pictures made it look. The extremely spacious kitchen/dining area was great. The outdoor areas are great. The bedrooms and massive beds were all great. I can't say enough good things about this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the reunion lodge in the Springbrook Resort . The house was large and there was plenty of room for our family of six adults and six children. We really enjoyed the two dinner tables, so there was plenty of room for everyone to sit for family meals. The kitchen was well equipped with the exception of perhaps needing a small saucepan or two and better quality skillets. We use the grill outside and the fire pit. The six bedrooms had very comfortable beds and we’re nice size, the four bathrooms were great for our family. The check-in process was seamless as well as the checkout process and communication with our hostess was easy. We always got a response immediately. It was a very quiet neighborhood with very little traffic and close to the lodge so we could walk to the Resort pool . I would not hesitate to reserve this home again.

It was perfect for the amount of people we had. The open concept was perfect. Plenty of table and chairs in the dining area. Our text to the management were answered immediately and took care of our needs very quickly.

Our family of 16 had a wonderful time at The Dells Reunion Lodge at Springbrook Resort. We had multi-generations of our family with us and there was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the 2 grills, large common living space, comfortable beds, stadium seating movie house downstairs, and games (Foosball, pool). The 2 coffee pots were great! We would have liked to have more pots and pans available as well as a knife set. A couple of the pans weren’t very non-stick and likely should be replaced. The upstairs freezer leaked down into the refrigerator and should likely be checked on. The downstairs shower curtain isn’t quite long enough / the right fit to keep the water in the shower. One of the our group members used the fitness center in the morning and found the air conditioner not on and no free weights under 30 lbs. This may be worth mentioning to the resort. Overall, we had a really wonderful time and enjoyed the pool and hot tub space daily. Thank you! We hope to return to the Dells!

Easy check in/ check out. Clear communication from property managers. Lots of room for our group of 15. Indoor and outdoor pools were great since the weather was not…Everyone took advantage of the facilities.

9 adults and 2 small children enjoyed the space and large bedrooms and baths. Very clean Kitchen is large and the center bar is great for gathering but needs two coffee makers ( for large groups) and updated pots and pans Loved the theater room Bring extra paper towels, napkins, and salt and pepper etc

Property was amazing! We had 14 in our group and it was very comfortable for all of us. The double tables to eat at was nice where we could all sit together. Sitting outdoor at night by the fire pit was awesome! Everything was close to the Dells and easily accessible.

We stayed for a long weekend with 14 people age 10 to 75. There was absolutely room for everyone! The eating area was perfect, plenty of bathrooms and the theater was a very nice bonus! We used the basement fridge for all of our beverages so there was room for food upstairs! We were a very quick ride from downtown Dells and it was awesome to jump in the pool to cool off when we came back!
