This is good for couples or backpackers who would like to visit Bicol's beaches. Very near city center. Good for those on a tight budget but are looking for comfortable accommodation with the touch of "home." This area is 3kms away from downtown and can easily be located through "Waze." Breakfast can be requested by the guest but for an additional charge.
