Everything was great and Essa is a nice guy. Helped us alot during our stay
Only the lift some time got stuck on 8th floor because people staying there didn't close the lift door properly

The location is in the prime area of Taksim. Foods, souvenirs, cafes and etc. are centrally available. The hotel provides luggage storage, which is very good.
For tourists with luggages, it is a hassle to drag our luggages to the hotel from the metro station. Our room is without the heater, and later on the staffs provide us with one.
