We had a really lovely stay. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. A special thanks to Lorena, who was especially welcoming and accommodating and really made our experience even better. We truly appreciated the kindness and flexibility of the team. Highly recommended!

Reception staff was brilliant, very helpful. Very good location, walking distance to Hand of KSAMIL, the PODA beach and all the restaurants. Also Bora Bora beach was very near.
They need to improve timing of the breakfast. Breakfast time was about two and a half hours window but when we went down at 8am every morning, all the things weren’t ready. One morning we had our breakfast and leaving then we noticed they were bringing some different items which was more ideal foe our dietary requirements. All the food items should be ready by 8am for the guest to chose.

I'm not sure how they got 4 stars. The beds were nice and the bathroom was okay, but that's about it.
When we arrived, there was no toilet paper in the room. We also found a pretzel on the ground (?!). It was also very loud, we could hear other guests clearly. The beds, towels and bedding were dirty with stains and hairs (not from us). Breakfast wasn't up to the standard I'm used to at 4 starts hotels. There was no tea for example. Also the breakfast area is very loud and noisy to sit.
