Extremely helpful Staff-Pradeep and Puran were very helpful and helped us everything we wanted. There was a night when we got stuck at a place and Pradeep himself came to pick us up. Greatfeul to him for that.
I did not like the fact that bookings.com did not mentioned the fact that the price did not include taxes. I went ahead and booked the price as it mentioned total price only to my shock at the hotel that it did not include taxes. Quite unprofessional from bookings.com

One of the best property to stay in Jibhi and Tirthan Valley.
Nice location, amazing view from the balcony, which actually makes to feel closer to the snow filled mountains. The view is actually a Bliss.
It's a very well maintained property.
Rooms are spacious and very very clean, top on hygine. Food is simply mouthwatering and they provide what they have on their menu, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Staff here is supremely supportive and their hospitality is commendable. We had an amazing stay and experience.
Family, friends or couples...everyone can enjoy the place.
We shall definitely visit this place again and definitely recommend it as one of the best stay in Jibhi and Tirthan Valley.

The only thing which was worth staying here for was the hospitality of the staff. They were determined to make the stay a happy one.
There were too many shortcomings. To start with, the website description did not mention that the property is under construction. Paying over 5k for a room in a property which is under construction is quite steep. Vi network is not available here so heads up for the vi subscribers. The TV only has hindi channels. Had to request for a heater as it was too cold but the heater which was given was the small table one which was not sufficient for the room. Even though all other rooms were empty, we were not given the room of our choice saying they were booked.
We planned to go to Jalori pass at 7 in the morning so called up the staff (intercom was not working, you have to call them on cellphone) at 6:30 AM for hot water but they were sleeping. Did not pick call after that and had to go down for breakfast.
There are no mineral water bottles so you must carry your own. Water from RO is provided though.
If you are thinking about booking Royal rooms instead of the Garden view rooms because its mentioned that the Royal rooms have mountain view, dont bother. The view is same from every room
