Horribly managed

Nice safe location, host responds immediately...

The place is full of roaches, bed is lopsided that hurts your back (not for 2 people), laundry machine doesn't work, oven doesn't work, owner responds fast, but promises to fix things, never does

Good

Location, comfortable furniture, well furnished kitchen, easy communication with the owner.

There was no hot water, and it took a lot of back and forth with the owner to get that sorted, and in the meantime the only option was cold showers. Secondly, there was a terrible smell in the apartment that the owner blamed on drains but we were unable to locate the exact source.

Praticidade e o local interiormente é muito legal bem descontraído. Fiquei um semana e foi perfeito para nós. Como trabalhamos via online bastante o acesso a wifi é muito importante e as acomodações para isso estava ótima pois tinha até um escritório.

Flat muito bem equipado e espaçoso. Local muito tranquilo para descascar após um dia de trabalho (FEBRATEX). A proximidade da Vila Germânica é um diferencial.

Praticidade e o local interiormente é muito legal bem descontraído. Fiquei um semana e foi perfeito para nós. Como trabalhamos via online bastante o acesso a wifi é muito importante e as acomodações para isso estava ótima pois tinha até um escritório.
