Great location, 5 min walk from the ferry and 10 min to Holbox beach.
Clean swimming pool ideal for the hot weather and kids. Extra swimming pool towels.
Clean room and the cleaner was very friendly and helpful and so was the swimming maintenance man.
Only 2 chairs and 2 mugs in a family bedroom of 4 people.
Somewhere to hang beach clothes and towels to dry outside.

The location, although not the closest to downtown compared to other establishments, was still really well located and conveniently located around stores. The noise at night was zero to none.
The staff was always in touch for any questions and they even went the extra mile for an inconvenience we had unrelated to the hotel.
They have a mini fridge in each room which makes the biggest difference.
I will come back here.

Casa Chujuk is a great choice for Holbox accommodation. This boutique-style stay is clean, well- presented and fresh with tropical vibes. The room was spacious and comfortable, fan and air con to keep things cool. Beds were good. Mini fridge and kettle generously provided 🙏 Bathroom was roomy and worked well. Pool and courtyard were a great place to hang out under the palm trees. The location for us was perfect, quiet and away from the main touristic area. Some fantastic local eateries found in this area too.
(Pollos la Palapa, Cocina Mexicana El Toucan, El Taqueria El Poblano, SMASHY đź‘Ś) Short walk to ferry, main beach.
The staff at Casa Chujuk are welcoming and kind, attentive and professional.
Would highly recommend a stay here đź‘Ś

The bedroom was a good size and there was a fan and air con. The shower head was a good size and I had good hot water.
Reception was very poor. They weren’t there most of the time and weren’t there for check out and we had to stagger down the stairs with our suitcases on our own. We only had one hair dryer between two rooms despite it saying there was one in each room. The hotel was also in a rougher part of town which was off putting.
